No. Facilities can choose instant booking or require approval. The booking flow tells you which applies before you confirm.

Each facility is responsible for its local safety and booking rules. When booking terms are required, you must accept the current version before the booking is completed.

There is no membership or subscription fee. Book & Shoot earns when a facility generates booking value through the platform.

The fee is progressive and based on accumulated booking value per calendar year. Initial SEK tiers are 9% on the first SEK 25,000, 7% on SEK 25,000–50,000, 5% on SEK 50,000–100,000 and 3% above SEK 100,000. Only the part of booking value inside each tier is charged at that tier's rate.

You do. Each facility controls its own resource prices, currency, minimum booking time, advance notice, cancellation rules and whether bookings are instant or require approval.

Yes. Facility administrators can block recurring or one-off periods so those times are not offered for public booking.

Yes. Book & Shoot separates the facility's customer price from the Book & Shoot platform fee, allowing facilities to set prices that fit their own operation.
