Facility Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to organisations and people claiming or administering a facility in Book & Shoot. Version 1.0 – September 2026.
1. About Book & Shoot
Book & Shoot provides a digital platform where facilities can present bookable resources and receive bookings. The facility remains responsible for the service, access or resource supplied to the user.
2. Authority of the facility administrator
A person claiming or administering a facility confirms that they are authorised to represent the facility and that the information provided is accurate and current.
3. Facility responsibilities
The facility is responsible for its prices, opening hours, availability, resources, booking and cancellation rules, safety rules, taxes and charges, and for operating in accordance with applicable laws and permits.
4. Bookings and payments
Book & Shoot may provide technical booking and payment functionality. Separate terms from payment providers may apply. If payments are enabled in the future, the intention is that payment for the facility's service belongs to the facility under the payment setup applicable at that time.
5. Book & Shoot fees
There is no fixed membership or subscription fee. The approved commercial model uses a progressive platform fee on each facility’s annual chargeable booking value: 9% up to SEK 25,000, 7% on the portion from SEK 25,001–50,000 and 5% on the portion above SEK 50,000. The tiers are marginal. Fees will not be activated until the Book & Shoot Commercial Readiness Gate has been passed and affected facilities have been informed of the applicable terms.
6. Activation of commercial fees
The technical foundation may calculate and record the platform fee, but Book & Shoot will not charge the fee until the Commercial Readiness Gate has been passed. Until then, pilot operation may continue without a charged platform fee. Any pilot discount does not change the standard fee model used as the basis for calculation.
7. Content and information
The facility is responsible for information it publishes or manages through Book & Shoot. Book & Shoot may display that information as necessary to provide and develop the service.
8. Availability and changes
Book & Shoot is continuously developed and functionality may be changed, added or removed. We aim for good availability but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
9. Suspension and termination
Book & Shoot may restrict or terminate access in cases of misuse, inaccurate information, security concerns or material breach of these terms. A facility may request to stop using the service.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes affecting a facility's obligations or costs will be communicated before they take effect.
These are Book & Shoot's operating terms and should be legally reviewed before commercial launch or activation of real payments.
