Your information in Book & Shoot
Book & Shoot processes personal data needed for accounts, bookings, communication and administration. We aim to keep the amount of personal data to a minimum.
Request deletion
From your account you can request removal of your Book & Shoot account and personal data. The request is not processed automatically; a system administrator reviews it before approving or rejecting it.
What happens to bookings?
When an approved deletion is processed, the user-account link is removed from historical bookings. Booking number, facility, resource, date and time, price, status and other operational or financial history may remain. The booking should no longer identify the former user.
Information that must be retained
Some information may need to be retained longer where Book & Shoot or a facility has a legal obligation, for example accounting, payment, dispute or other documentation. Such information should not be used for purposes beyond the reason it must be retained.
Review and audit trail
Book & Shoot keeps a limited audit trail showing that a request was processed. After approved deletion, directly identifying information is cleared from the request record where possible.
